San Ildefonso Pot

Adam & Santana San Ildefonso shallow bowl with black gunmetal finish. Adam Martinez (1903 - 2000) and Santana Roybal (1909 - 2002) worked together as husband and wife, Adam gathering the materials for Santana who used the Native clay in the coil method to form, and polish, and hand paint each vessel. Both Adam and Santana were descended from famous potters and continued their tradition of excellence well into their golden years.
