Our Grand Canyon restaurant’s large dining area is decorated by a large stone fireplace and tall picture windows. What’s on the menu here at our Grand Canyon restaurant? Our menu is a mix of American, Mexican and local cuisine. Although we serve traditional favorites, our Grand Canyon restaurant also provides a unique selection of Navajo dishes such as the Navajo taco and Navajo “fry bread.” Definitely our most popular dish, the Navajo “fry bread” includes a fresh, springy bread patted flat, which is then deep-fried to a golden brown and smothered with a spicy combination of ground beef and beans. Finally, it is topped with chopped green chile, fresh lettuce and tomato, and cheddar cheese.
