Apache Tus

Willlow, horsehair, pin pitch. Coiled basketry tus with narrow neck and horse hair tumpline strap holders. Pine pitch covering to hold water.

Condition: Most of pine pitch is worn away. Horsehair tumpline holders are almost completely broken through. 1 1/4" break at rim. Two areas of significant stitch loss at the neck. Significant stitch loss at the base.
