Margaret Tafoya Redware Lamp Base

Redware Santa Clara jar with bear paw design. Signed in claw on the bottom. This is a lamp base with a hole drilled into the bottom for electrical wiring. Considered the Matriarch of pottery-making within her pueblo, Margaret was taught by her mother Sara Fina and disseminated her knowledge to those willing to learn.

Condition: Very good condition. Some rubbing and scratches over all.
