Angak'chin Mana always accompanies the Angak'chin when he appears and dances in the plaza. There are usually about half or a third as many Manas as there are kachinas, and they dance in a separate line, gesturing with the spruce boughs that they hold in each hand. At times they will carry gourd, notched stick and scapulae; then they kneel and rasp at set intervals during the dance. There are many Zuni characteristics present in this figure, from the way the hair is dressed to the footless stockings on the legs. Possibly Zuni is her original home. The hands and feet of this Mana should be painted yellow.
