Antique Western Reservation Rug
This is an Antique Navajo rug from the central part Reservation around Fort Defiance area and north. Normally the use of vallero stars in the design are from that region and that period. This rug features serrated triangle designs and also corn stocks as a border. This is woven with hand spun and hand carded native wool that has been dyed with vegetal and aniline dyes.
Condition: Very good for age, no sign of discoloration or wear, no missing stitches and no restoration.
